YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

Shipments and deliveries are made by Courier; shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are borne by the Buyer and will be indicated in the shopping cart during the purchasing process.
The Courier's delivery times are 2/7 working days, depending on the destination of the goods, to which must be added the time required for the production of the ordered items, as indicated under point 3 of Art. 3 of the Sales Conditions.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the items and the destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
In accordance with the international laws governing Trade and Import and Export Transactions, all Artigianfer Snc merchandise is shipped from Spello - Perugia (Italy) with an invoice indicating the exact value paid (in Euros) and the parcel's contents. The products sold may be subject to import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the end Buyer.
